It was definitely a winter wonderland when we met up with Kate and Scott for their special day. Dreamlife Photos and Videos (New York) loved working with the couple’s beaming smiles and the stunning February weather as we created their wedding photography!

We began our day with Kate as she gracefully prepared for the big day! The bride was incredibly beautiful and patient as we captured bridal photos of her while her makeup and hair were finished to perfection. Dreamlife was especially taken by her gorgeous gown which was displayed on an elegant chandelier. There were so many special moments captured in Kate’s final moments of being single, but we were especially taken by the photo of her bridesmaid helping her zip up her dress!

After finishing up with Kate, we dropped by to see Scott before he left for the main event. He was nice enough to let us capture a few photos of him as he finished off his look while gazing at the beautiful skyline surrounding him.

Dreamlife rushed to get setup at the Boathouse where the couple’s ceremony and reception were hosted. The Boasthouse provided an amazing room for the service and we couldn’t help but be wowed by how much we had to work with! Of course, the beauty of the room was no comparison to the bride as she made her way down the aisle. There were so many magical moments shared but we were especially taken by the photos of the couple’s first kiss. With the winter trees in the background it created an effect like no other!

Shortly after the ceremony we met with the couple outside for a few romantic photos to add to their wedding photography. We loved capturing the lovebirds in the fresh snow! Man and wife were both smiles despite the cold which added to the beauty of each photo. Dreamlife was head over heels for the bridal photo of the couple cuddling up while the streetlight behind them lit up the darkness!

Of course, there was a lot more fun to be had as we ventured back inside for the couple’s exciting reception. Bride and groom were in high spirits as they mingled with friends and family. There were a lot of amazing candid moments to capture, but we especially loved the dancing and toasts. As the night began to settle down we couldn’t wait to capture bride and groom cut into their elegant black and white cake. The night was the perfect ending to an extraordinary day and we hope the newlyweds will love reliving each moment through their wedding photography!
