Dreamlife Photos and Videos (New York) loved spending time with Erica and Alistair during their June celebration. The lovebirds were filled with joy as we worked on their wedding photography throughout the beautiful day.

We originally met up Erica for a few bridal photos before we all left for the ceremony. The stunning bride was in high spirits as we captured glamourous photos while her hair and makeup was completed. Before getting dressed for the big moment we snagged a few photos of the bride posing with her bridesmaids and showing off her outstanding dress. We loved watching everyone working so harmoniously together to make sure the bride looked her best for her groom.

Soon, we left for the Good Shepherd Church where the traditional Catholic service was to be held. The church provided us with amazing natural lighting that would make any wedding photographer fall head over heels! The large windows and light décor really helped make bride and groom stand out. Before the ceremony began we captured a few candid photos of the guests as they eagerly awaited the bride’s appearance. Dreamlife adored Alistair’s first reaction to his bride as well as Erica’s dad shaking the groom’s hand as he gave his daughter away! The couple shared many precious moments throughout the ceremony, but we were especially taken by the moment of the newlyweds making their way back down the aisle hand in hand!

After the ceremony, we gathered everyone outside of the church for a few group photos before we left to capture more wedding photography with the lovebirds. The couple were such a joy to work with that is was easy to come up with so many creative ideas to make their wedding collection stand out. We loved capturing photos of the wedding party pulling bride and groom apart on the railroad tracks! We also adored the fun photos of the couple as they goofed around with some colorful balloons.

Before long it was time to meet back up with everyone else at The Rhinecliff for the reception. The venue went all out to provide the couple with a comfortable room that was filled with beautiful lighting! We made sure to capture plenty of candid photos of the happy guests, but were especially drawn to the couple’s extraordinary wedding cake! The beautiful yellow coloring and romantic cake topper made for an irresistible moment as the couple cut into it with huge smiles. Although we were having a blast, we couldn’t end the night without grabbing a few photos of bride and groom kissing as the sun set behind them.
