It was a perfect day in June to celebrate love! Dreamlife Photos and Videos (New York) had a fantastic time working with Catherine and Giuseppe on their amazing wedding photography.

The day seemed to be flying by so we met with Catherine to start on her bridal photos. The bride was excited to show us her breathtaking dress which made an incredible photo for the collection! While she left to finish her look we couldn’t wait to get a few glamour shots of the bride as she donned her full look. The beautiful photos looked amazing in black and white like all of the classics do! Before leaving for the ceremony we also captured one last photo of Catherine, her family, and her bridal party as they posed in front of their home.

Dreamlife couldn’t wait to get started on the couple’s wedding photography as soon as we saw the beauty of St. Athanasius Church! Inside the church we were blown away by the gorgeous stain glass windows that brought in an abundance of soft lighting. The blue walls seemed to draw out the details all the more which looked perfect in the background as bride and groom enjoyed their beautiful service. Dreamlife was especially taken by the lovely photo of the couple as they lit their candles and made their union official. Their happy smiles when they walked out of the church as man and wife were priceless and helped us create a photo they’ll always look back on with joy. Before finishing off the ceremony’s photography we had to take a photo of the couple kissing in front of the church with its incredible brick and gorgeous detailing!

After the ceremony, we left for The Grove in Elk Grove, NJ. The reception venue provided us ample places to capture a few more photos of the couple. We loved the adorable brick buildings on the property and couldn’t wait to pose the couple in front of them. We definitely fell in love with the photo of man and wife running as Catherine’s veil trailed behind her. We also adored capturing photos of the couple in their luxurious car!

It wasn’t long before it was time to join everyone at the reception though. The reception hall was absolutely luxurious and we couldn’t help but feel inspired to capture every little thing. Before long, bride and groom made their grand entrance by descending a lovely staircase. There were lots of candid moments to admire and photograph throughout the evening. We especially loved the cutting of the cake which brought a lot of cheers. Dreamlife fell in love with the photo of Catherine dancing with her father as Giuseppe watched with an ear to ear grin. These special moments certainly made capturing the couple’s wedding photography an absolute joy.
