When Dreamlife Photos and Videos (New York) met up with Brooke and Jordan it was a pristine May day. The lovely weather and exciting Battery Gardens venue made capturing the lovebirds wedding photography an absolute joy!

As we began the special day we couldn’t help but stop by for a few bridal photos of Brooke. The gorgeous bride was happy to let us in which allowed us to capture some fun candid moments! Our favorite image shows off her stunning dress as the dramatic design of the room framed the shot perfectly. We made sure to check in on Jordan as well and he seemed to be overjoyed. Before we left we gathered up everyone for a group shot of the guys as well as a photo of Jordan all dressed up as he posed in front of the amazing geometric background.

With time passing by quickly, it was soon time for the ceremony. We loved seeing Brooke walk out arm in arm with her parents as they delivered her to her soon to be husband! The stylish huppah with its curving branches and elegant fabric helped frame each photo from the Jewish ceremony perfectly. We were pleased with how well the afternoon lighting created a dramatic look in many of the photos! Each photo we captured was filled with love, but we were really drawn to the breathtaking photo of Brooke and Jordan walking down the aisle as a married couple!

Once the wedding was officially over we went off for a little extra wedding photography. Dreamlife captured a few images of the couple as they kissed with gorgeous purple allium bulbs in the foreground! We also photographed the newlyweds as they walked hand in hand on the boardwalk and shared a few precious moments as the sun began to set. Of course, we couldn’t leave out the rest of the group as we captured a big photo of everyone celebrating together. We ended the photo shoot with a brilliant shot of man and wife standing in front of the Brooklyn Bridge.

After we finished up the photo session we met back up with the guests for the couple’s reception. There was a lot of fun to be had with the traditional dances and speeches. Both bride and groom brought a lot of character to each photo as they held up custom signs and happily kissed on the floor. Dreamlife was also impressed with their adorable squirrel cake which suited their fun personalities! With so much excitement shared, we’re sure Brooke and Jordan will love looking back on their photo memories for years to come!
